Code of Conduct
Tusk's Vault is a small project maintained by one person. This is short on purpose — a four-tier enforcement ladder would be describing a community that does not exist yet.
The standard. Be decent. Assume good faith, keep criticism about the code, and take a "no" without relitigating it. Harassment, personal attacks, and demeaning comments about who someone is are not welcome here, in issues, pull requests, or anywhere else this project is discussed.
Reporting. The project's only private channel today is
GitHub's private vulnerability reporting
— open the Security tab and click Report a vulnerability. Lead with
[conduct]. Conduct reports are welcome through it, they are treated
confidentially, and you do not have to raise anything in public first.
What happens then. The maintainer reads it and decides — a word, an edit, or removing someone from the project's spaces. There is no committee to appeal to; that is the honest shape of a project this size.
If a community Discord launches (roadmap), this page gets the moderation route that comes with it.
